Today is the day I have been waiting for for years and years and no, I’m not talking about my recurring dream where someone finally figures out how to make margarita come out of the water dispenser on my fridge. My book is officially coming out today! It seems like it has taken longer than it takes an Olive Garden waitress to bring a fifth goddamn breadstick to Table 201.
Since there may be some folks out there who are just hearing of this blog for the first time today, I wanted to post a little welcome message to say hello and also a couple of links so you can go buy my book with ease. Please buy the book. Seriously, I worked my ass off putting it together and if enough people buy it, maybe the next time Moe asks me to pick up his brunch shift, I can jut say “nope, don’t need it.” The reality is that people don’t buy books anymore so I will probably be posting a bev nap on the bulletin board next week that says: I will pick up extra shifts.
