If you are in the New York City area next week, this is something you may be interested in attending. WNYC (Public Radio) will be hosting an event where servers and bartenders from across the city will share insights about the dining public, discuss industry trends, reveal pet peeves and trade behind-the-scenes stories. I will be there on the panel and I am super excited about it. It will eventually be broadcast on the radio, y’all. If for no other reason, you can come by to meet me and say hello. I will be the one with the bag over his head in order to remain anonymous. If you want to go, you have to email the host (not me) to RSVP. Her email is email@example.com and all the details are at this link.
