Let me say I hope that bitch was fired immediately. Secondly, I hope they filed assault charges against her. That should make the bitch’s chances of finding a job above Taco Bell just lovely. Where is the law against blowing your horn in the drive thru? It could have been accidental for all she knew. She’s probably doing an 8-ball every shift with the Mexican dishwasher in the back, what a jumpy tweaker. Nobody should be rude to people in the service industry, but if that guy complained she would definitely get fired immediately (she may get fired over the video whether he complained or not). Also, he could most likely file an assault charge against her.
Dealing with jerks sucks, but it’s part of the job. You can’t let them make you lose your cool.

Man I would love to lash out at assholes at work but I’m pretty sure I’d get fired… 🙁 and I kinda need the money so I guess I’ll just keep putting up with customer sanctioned abuse for the money.
